ASTER MEDISPRO PRIVATE LIMITED specialises in establishing facilities for the manufacture of quality life saving medical devices in Urology, Radiology, Gastroenterology and Gynaecology. Located in the Garden City of India – Bangalore – with about 6,000sq ft. built up area, the facility has its Tubing Section in the ground floor and fully Air-Conditioned Clean Room in the first floor.

Focussing on Quality and Service, we offer a complete range of products manufactured out of state-of-the-art foreign collaborated technology.

We produce different sizes of tubes as per stringent medical norms stipulated for specific purposes. The superior quality products are mainly non-toxic items packed in a compact and attractive pouches labelled with the specifications for easy reference and also for storage and handling. All the products are sterilized and packed so they can be preserved for a long time without any damage or contamination. Since these products are handled directly by doctors for their therapeutic use, it is pre-approved by them in quality and design.

The main raw material is imported and approved Non-Toxic Medical Grade Polyurethane, Medical Grade Polypropylene, Medical Grade LDPE, Medical Grade PTFE, etc.

QUALITY

Our quality control department is well equipped with latest testing equipment, which is of first time in India in this type of industry. Quality control starts from testing of raw material and extends up to the testing of final product in each stage of operation by adopting stringent quality measurers. The assembly section is carried out in a dust proof Air-conditioned Clean Room (ACR).
