Introduction:

Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center's $45 million cardiovascular service expansion is currently in progress, with an anticipated opening in the fourth quarter of this year.

Features:

Upon completion, the new suite on the 4th floor of the NorthWest Pavilion will encompass approximately 30,000 square feet of modern space, enabling cardiovascular specialists to deliver the advanced, high-quality care for which Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center is renowned.

This suite includes new diagnostic and treatment areas, such as four dedicated cardiac catheterization labs, four electrophysiology (EP) labs, two hybrid operating rooms, and a 28-bay patient preparation and recovery area that significantly increases the current patient capacity. The design and functionality were meticulously planned with input from JSUMC's cardiologists, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to enhance efficiency and provide an optimal experience for both patients and their families.
