The new surgical center will be constructed adjacent to the existing Paul D. Cordes Outpatient Pavilion.

The new state-of-the-art facility covers an area of 126,000-square-footto support various departments and services such as preand post-operative care, overnight stay beds, surgical sterilization, imaging, lab, pharmacy, rehabilitation, food service, environmental and other services. In addition, the center also includes 12 surgical suites to provide a array of support services.

The new center designed with advanced technologies and highly skilled specialists consists of the ability to perform increased volume of surgeries, accomplished in a 23-hour stay.

The construction of the new healthcare facility is expected to be opened by late summer 2024.
