Sony’s latest 4K LCD display, the LMD-X3200MD, is a multi-functional 32-inch medical monitor ideal for use in hospital operating rooms, surgical centers and clinics. It combines high  picture  quality,  installation  flexibility  and  ease  of  use  with  advanced  features  including  wide  colour gamut, HDR support, and a variety of display modes. This ergonomic new offering rounds out Sony’s line-up  of  4K  LCD  displays,  adding  a  mid-range  option  at  a  competitive  price  that  complements  the  flagship  LMD-X310MD 31-inch monitor and the compact LMD-X2705MD 27-inch monitor, while similarly providing enhanced visualization and upscaling of HD/SD images.

Stunning Picture Quality
In addition to a wide colour gamut and HDR support for accurate colours and detailed shadow areas and built-in image enhancement, the LMD-X3200MD offers immersive imagery in 16:9 aspect ratio with 4K UHD resolution (3840x2160), for four times the clarity of full-HD. With a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and a luminance of 500cd/m2, the monitor provides increased optical performance in bright and dark environments. It also features Sony’s new unique Advanced Image Multiple Enhancer (A.I.M.E.™) technology to  optimally adjust the colour, contrast and visibility of the dark areas as well as shadow, structure and colour enhancement in addition to noise reduction, for more comfortable and realistic viewing with better image reproduction.

Easy to Install and Use
To  meet  a  range  of  needs  and  environments,  the  LMD-X3200MD  offers  versatile  connectivity  options,  including single-cable 4K 12G-SDI, Display Port and HDMI inputs and an auto input selection function for displaying images from the secondary port, if the primary port isn’t detected. In addition, it features CLONE output, which enables a user to output the same image as what’s on the display. This is especially helpful for use with secondary monitors and for recording, which can then be used for presentation, training and education  needs.  The  monitor  also  displays  images  from  multiple  sources  and  display  modes,  including  side-by-side,  picture-in -picture  and  picture-out-picture.  Additionally,  the  LMD-X3200MD  offers  simple  remote control via stereo mini jack for switching menus from a distance, without touching the control panel.

Thoughtful, Integration Friendly Design
The LMD-X3200MD is a compact monitor that features a flat and ergonomic edge-to -edge design that can be  easily  cleaned  and  disinfected.  The  anti-reflection  LCD  panel  minimizes  glare  and  enables  usage  in  brightly  lit  operating  rooms.  The  monitor’s  connectors  face  downward  for  easy  connection  which  can  be  neatly organized under the included cable cover, while the VESA mounting enables flexible installation on stands, carts, walls or boom arms.
