Kenvue launches 5-year collaboration with Microsoft to transform digital operations

Kenvue Inc. maker of healthcare products such as Tylenol®, Neutrogena®, and Listerine®, today announced a five-year partnership with Microsoft to build a solid foundation for digital transformation through advanced AI technologies. These technologies include machine-assisted collaboration, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, digital twins, and generative AI. By advancing predictive and AI-powered capabilities, Kenvue aims to set new standards for innovation in commerce, operations, and technology, delivering enhanced customer experiences, increased productivity, and sustainable growth.

Over the next five years, Kenvue will scale its use of Microsoft Azure to leverage its broad range of services, including data analytics and AI. Integrating Azure services will enhance predictive capabilities and human-machine collaboration.
