ZenoWell, a neurotechnology company incubated at Heidelberg University Medical School, has launched global pre-orders for Luna Plus, a wearable system that combines non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), biometric monitoring and artificial intelligence to deliver personalised wellness support.

The Luna Plus platform is designed to address the growing interest in nervous system health by integrating stimulation, health tracking and AI-driven insights into a single connected ecosystem. It aims to help users better understand changes in their nervous system and make informed decisions based on continuous health data.

The system consists of three integrated components. The Luna Plus ear wearable delivers non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation through six pre-set modes covering relaxation, sleep, pain relief, meditation, focus and digestion. Each mode uses specific stimulation settings intended to support different aspects of health and wellbeing.

The second component allows users to monitor physiological data through the ZenoBand MOBI, compatible third-party wearable devices such as Apple Watch and Oura Ring, or a smartphone-based face scan. The platform tracks metrics including heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate and sleep patterns.

The third element is an AI-powered coaching system that uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology together with a vagus nerve research database to provide evidence-based recommendations. It analyses biometric information, identifies patterns across multiple health indicators and suggests appropriate vagus nerve stimulation sessions based on the user's recorded condition.

According to ZenoWell, the platform follows a continuous process of tracking health data, interpreting physiological changes through AI and delivering personalised stimulation to support nervous system balance.
