VALOR Network selects RADIN Health to support federal teleradiology services with nationwide physician coverage from Total Medical Imaging

1 September 2026

RADIN Health has been selected by VALOR Network Inc, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and federal healthcare solutions provider, to support teleradiology services for the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of War (DoW).

Under the collaboration, RADIN Health will provide the technology platform, while Total Medical Imaging (TMI) will provide nationwide physician coverage and diagnostic imaging interpretation services.

As part of VALOR's federal healthcare programme, RADIN will deploy its radiology platform in a secure government-cloud environment. The platform is designed to meet the security, operational and access requirements of federal healthcare programmes.

TMI, a nationwide teleradiology provider with a network of more than 60 radiologists, will be one of the professional radiology providers supporting VALOR's diagnostic imaging services through the RADIN platform.

Scalable diagnostic services for federal healthcare

The collaboration brings together RADIN's imaging, workflow, reporting and automation capabilities with TMI's clinical operations and nationwide physician network.

The platform will also allow other qualified radiology providers, medical groups and health systems to participate. This is expected to create a scalable model for distributing imaging examinations according to clinical priority, physician credentials, subspecialty expertise, licensing, availability and service requirements.

The combined approach is intended to help VALOR expand access to diagnostic services for veterans, military personnel and their families while supporting the operational demands of federal healthcare programmes.

Integrated radiology technology

The RADIN platform combines enterprise imaging, radiology workflow management, diagnostic reporting, clinical communications, credential-based case distribution and operational analytics. It also includes AI-assisted automation features.

The unified platform is designed to help VALOR and participating healthcare organisations coordinate radiology services across multiple facilities and physician groups while maintaining security controls, appropriate access and clinical oversight.

Through the platform, TMI radiologists and other participating providers will have access to a coordinated reading environment. This is intended to improve case routing, match examinations with appropriate subspecialists, manage turnaround times and support continuity of care.

Expanding nationwide teleradiology capabilities

TMI brings more than 16 years of teleradiology experience and a national network of board-certified radiologists providing services across multiple states, facilities and imaging environments.

The partnership combines VALOR's experience in federal healthcare programmes with RADIN's cloud-based radiology technology and TMI's nationwide clinical capabilities. The companies aim to support the modernisation and expansion of radiology services across federal healthcare environments while meeting government requirements for security, quality and operational performance.

The deployment also expands RADIN Health's presence in the healthcare technology market and strengthens TMI's role in providing nationwide teleradiology services.
