Syra Health Secures $4.75 Million Contract to Bolster Mental Health Services in Washington, D.C.

This contract marks a strategic partnership enabling Syra Health to support DBH's vital mental health initiatives, including the Supported Employment Program and Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program.

DBH plays a pivotal role in providing essential mental health services, serving over 22,000 individuals annually, and delivering prevention, intervention, and treatment services for mental health and substance use disorders. Under the terms of this contract, Syra Health will augment DBH's Evidence-Based Supported Employment program, with a specific focus on assisting adults grappling with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Substance Use Disorders (SUD) in regaining employment and achieving greater independence.
