RedDress Appoints Legacy Medical Consultants as Exclusive U.S. Distributor for ActiGraft® Wound Therapy
20 August 2025
RedDress, the developer and manufacturer of the FDA-cleared ActiGraft® wound management system, today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Legacy Medical Consultants (LMC), a leader in advanced wound-care sales and logistics. Effective immediately, LMC will oversee all U.S. sales, marketing, and customer support activities for ActiGraft under a multi-year agreement.
The agreement grants LMC exclusive distribution rights across all care settings, including hospitals, physician offices, VA and DoD facilities, and outpatient wound-care centers. RedDress and LMC will also collaborate on payer coverage expansion, GPO contracting, and investigator-initiated research to enhance ActiGraft's market offering.
Often referred to as a "silent epidemic," chronic wounds affect approximately 6.5 million Americans—or one in every 38 adults—each year. Rising rates of diabetes, obesity, and an aging population are fueling the growing need for innovative solutions in wound care.
RedDress developed ActiGraft Pro, an autologous graft that delivers a personalized approach to healing. Using a patient's own blood, ActiGraft creates a whole blood clot that replaces the dysfunctional extracellular matrix (ECM) commonly found in stalled wounds. This supports reactivation of the body's natural healing cascade. ActiGraft can be used on patients taking blood thinners and those with exposed bone or tendons.
"Legacy Medical Consultants' high-caliber team and allograft expertise are the perfect complement to our state-of-the-art autologous graft technology," said Alon Kushnir, CEO and Co-Founder of RedDress. "This partnership represents a pivotal step in scaling access to ActiGraft across the U.S. and transforming how chronic wounds are treated. Together, we're not just expanding our commercial reach—we're delivering more personalized, effective care to the millions of patients suffering from non-healing wounds. We're proud to join forces with LMC to bring this innovation to every corner of the country."
"As a leader in wound care, Legacy's mission has always been to address unmet clinical needs. Through the evolution of science and innovation, they have been able to improve and expand treatment options for these patients to improve their quality of life," said Jonathan Knutz, LMC's Chief Executive Officer. "Patients shouldn't have to worry about having an amputated limb due to a chronic wound – they should have access to the best treatments. This is why our partnership with RedDress is so crucial. ActiGraft provides an option for patients, in addition to our high-quality allografts, that might not otherwise be available."
