PointClickCare and C3HIE announced their first direct partnership, aiming to enhance health outcomes for patients across Texas and improve care coordination.

This collaboration will integrate C3HIE's admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) data into PointClickCare's platform, while PointClickCare's Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) data will be added to the C3HIE network.

This partnership builds upon previous collaborations between PointClickCare and C3HIE, including joint efforts with the Texas Health Services Authority (THSA) in 2022 to expand the Emergency Department Encounter Notification (EDEN) network statewide.
