Net Health and Tali to Launch Advanced AI Technology Integration
24 October 2024
Net Health, a provider of specialised software solutions for restorative care, has entered into a strategic technology partnership with Tali, an AI assistant and ambient clinical documentation solution.
This collaboration aims to enhance Net Health’s electronic health record (EHR) systems by integrating Tali’s voice-enabled AI assistant, improving the accuracy and efficiency of documentation for healthcare providers.
The partnership will benefit clinicians by streamlining workflows and reducing the time spent on manual data entry, allowing them to focus more on patient care.
The integration is expected to be implemented in several Net Health EHR platforms, including Optima for post-acute and senior living facilities, ReDoc for hospital outpatient services, TherapySource for physical therapy, and WoundExpert for wound care.
Current industry studies show that clinicians spend almost half of their working day manually documenting in EHR systems.
Reducing this burden is critical, especially in fields like physical therapy, where there is a growing shortage of practitioners. By automating documentation through AI, Net Health’s solution aims to alleviate some of this workload.
The ambient documentation feature will allow providers to remain engaged with patients while the AI assistant records conversations in real time. Once a session is complete, the AI analyses the transcript and generates accurate clinical documentation, which clinicians can review and adjust as needed.
This technology is designed to reduce paperwork and help healthcare professionals concentrate more on patient care.
By integrating Tali's AI-powered capabilities, Net Health aims to support clinicians in managing their workloads more effectively and improve patient care outcomes. Additionally, this technology will help the company stay at the forefront of innovation in the healthcare sector while offering enhanced functionality for its clients.
