Fedora Healthcare Solutions and Clarion Partner to Strengthen Revenue Cycle Performance for Independent Oncology Practices

5 November 2026

Fedora Healthcare Solutions and Clarion Oncology, LLC, the group purchasing arm for ONCare Alliance, have entered into a partnership that will provide Clarion member practices with preferred pricing for revenue cycle management (RCM) services and a collaborative framework for improving financial and operational performance.

The partnership combines Fedora's experience supporting community oncology revenue cycles with Clarion's focus on delivering value to independent practices. Alongside preferred pricing, the organizations will collaborate on network-wide key performance indicator (KPI) initiatives, benchmarking and the development and sharing of operational best practices.

"Preferred pricing is an important starting point, but the real opportunity is what we can accomplish together," said Ben Reynolds, Senior Vice President of Provider Solutions at Fedora Healthcare Solutions. "By connecting meaningful performance measures with practical operational expertise, we can help practices understand where RCM processes can be optimized, prioritize improvements, and put successful strategies to work."

The collaboration is designed to support participating practices in three complementary areas:

  • Preferred access to specialized RCM services. Clarion member practices will have access to preferred pricing for Fedora's services, with each engagement tailored to the practice's needs and agreed scope of work.
  • Performance measurement that supports action. Network-wide KPI and benchmarking initiatives will help participating practices assess revenue cycle performance, identify opportunities and monitor progress. Areas of focus may include collection performance, denial trends and accounts receivable.
  • Practical guidance for oncology operations. Shared best practices, education and operational insights will help practices address recurring challenges such as prior authorization, charge capture, payer reimbursement and denials management.

"Our practices should not have to choose between independence and access to specialized resources," said John Ogle, Executive Director of Clarion. "This partnership brings together proven oncology revenue cycle expertise and shared learning to help our members strengthen their operations while maintaining the local decision-making that defines community oncology."

By linking practice-level support with network-wide collaboration, Fedora and Clarion aim to help independent oncology practices build more resilient revenue cycles and sustain their ability to deliver cancer care in their communities.
