Family Care Center, Colorado's foremost provider of outpatient mental health services, is delighted to announce the grand opening of its latest clinic in Fort Collins. This new establishment signifies a significant milestone for the company, emphasizing its unwavering commitment to addressing the mental health disparities in Colorado communities.

In Mental Health America's 2022 assessment of adult mental health in the United States, Colorado ranked last (51st). This evaluation takes into account both the prevalence of mental illness and the accessibility of care, underscoring the challenges the state faces.

In response to this urgent need, Family Care Center remains steadfast in its mission to expand access to vital mental healthcare across Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs, and the Denver Metro region. Its network has grown from just two clinics in 2016 to nearly 25 nationwide, including 17 in Colorado and additional locations in Texas and Tennessee.

The new Fort Collins clinic will be staffed by 11 experienced therapists and four prescribers for medication management. It is also fully equipped with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technology, an FDA-approved, non-medication-based approach for conditions such as depression and OCD.

In addition to its broader community service, Family Care Center is deeply committed to serving military families, veterans, and first responders. With a second Northern Colorado clinic in Loveland, Family Care Center is the preferred provider of mental health services for Larimer County employees.

Supported by a team of highly skilled and compassionate mental health professionals, each Family Care Center clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including counseling and medication management for individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
