DuPont has revealed plans to acquire Donatelle Plastics Incorporated, a prominent contract manufacturer in the medical device sector specializing in the design, development, and production of medical components and devices.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, pending the fulfillment of standard closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
