This initiative streamlines practices across AHS, allowing health records to be accessed seamlessly and providing clinicians with standardized decision-making support.

With the latest launch, Connect Care now serves more than 118,400 healthcare providers across all five AHS zones.

The initiative, which began in November 2019, aims for full implementation by fall 2024, reaching approximately 125,000 staff and physicians at 682 sites throughout Alberta.
