Clarify Health has completed the acquisition of Loyal Health Holdings, creating what the company describes as the healthcare industry's first closed-loop network intelligence and patient activation platform.

The acquisition combines Clarify’s data-driven network intelligence capabilities with Loyal’s patient activation technology to help healthcare providers identify appropriate care pathways, connect patients with suitable providers and measure outcomes through a single platform.

Loyal’s Care Activation Platform manages more than 80,000 provider and location profiles and supports millions of patient searches and real-time appointment scheduling transactions each year for health system customers across the United States.

By integrating Loyal’s platform with Clarify’s Meridian® intelligence platform, the combined company aims to provide health systems with greater visibility into patient access, referral management, network performance and growth opportunities.

The integrated platform is designed to help healthcare organisations manage the full patient journey, from referral decisions and provider selection to patient engagement and outcome measurement.

Clarify stated that existing customers of both companies will continue to receive the same products, services and support following the completion of the transaction.

The acquisition strengthens Clarify’s ability to offer a unified solution that combines referral intelligence, patient activation and performance measurement, enabling health systems to improve care coordination and optimise network management.
