Introduction:

Cumberland Surgical and Acute Care Hospitals (Cumberland), an affiliate of Post Acute Medical, LLC, has announced to build an 80-bed state-of-the-art full service acute-care hospital.

Features:

This acute-care hospital will have emergency and urgent care services, along with the latest in imaging technology and modern surgery suites that cater to both physicians and their patients in Huntsville, Texas. The hospital will also offer an array of post-acute services to include rehab and sub-acute beds.

Construction is expected to commence within 180 days. Once ground is broken, Cumberland expects to complete construction within 18-24 months. The hospital, when fully staffed, will employ approximately 600 people.
