Ravi K Meruva, Ph.D., founder, Chairman, Sensa Core Medical Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd., has over 15 years of Research and Development experience in the field of Electrochemical Sensors & Analytical Instrumentation. His research interests include Ion-Selective Electrodes, Blood Gas sensors, Biosensors, Reagent Formulations and Instrumentation. He received his Ph.D. from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and Master of Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has one US patent and 15 scientific publications in acclaimed International Journals. He has extensive experience in Ion-Selective Electrodes (Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Calcium and Lithium), Blood gas electrodes (pH, Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide), Bio-chemistry Reagents, and Glucose Strips, from concept to design, from R&D to manufacturing scale-up processes.

ST-100

Sensa Core’s ST-100 product line Electrolyte analyzer is completely automated, microprocessor controlled electrolyte system that use current ISE technology to make electrolyte measurements. The ST-100 product measures various combinations of sodium, potassium, ionized calcium and chloride in whole blood, serum, plasma, and urine.

ST-100s are available in three different models as per customer's requirement:

• ST-100C Na/K/iCa Electrolyte Analyzer
• ST-100B Na/K Electrolyte Analyzer

ST-200

Sensa Core’s ST-200 product line Electrolyte analyzer is completely automated, microprocessor controlled electrolyte system that use current ISE technology to make electrolyte measurements. The ST-200CC product measures various combinations of sodium, potassium, ionized calcium, lithium and chloride in whole blood, serum, plasma, and urine.

ST-200s are available in two different modules as per customer's requirement.

Gluco Spark

Gluco Spark is India’s first, next generation, highly advanced ultra low volume glucose monitoring system available at affordable price. This glucometer uses highly advanced biosensor technology and requires 0.9 micro litres sample volume and presents result in 9 sec.

Gluco Spark uses gold electrodes with Laser patterning to ensure precise results. Gluco Spark strips are manufactured with tight tolerances and do not require any coding. Sensa Core’s biosensor technology solves a number of immediate technical problems related to glucose strip by significantly enabling sensitive and accurate performance of glucose strip in a cost-effective way.
