Deepee produces plasma snap (blast) freezers used for freezing blood plasma bags in large quantity. Powder coated CRC steel body is provided for snap (blast) freezer. Snap (blast) freezer has a specially designed plasma freezing chamber. Snap (blast) freezer has CFC-free condenser for high heat transfer and quick temperature achievement. Microprocessor controlling system provides snap (blast) freezer with resolution of 0.1oC
Blood Bank Refrigerator
Deepee offers high quality blood bank refrigerators. Microprocessor based controlling with temperature reading is inbuilt in blood bank refrigerators. Blood bank refrigerators have PT-100 sensor for accurate temperature sensing. High and low limit alarming in blood bank refrigerators provides bag safety. Chart recorder with rechargeable battery backup in blood bank refrigerators records temperature during power failure also. Options of ink less/ strip chart recorder are available with blood bank refrigerator. Electric supply for blood bank refrigerator is 220V, 1N, 50HZ. Platelet Incubator with agitator
Platelet incubator with agitator has Microprocessor based PID temperature controller for controlling accuracy of +/- 0.1o C. Platelet incubator with agitator provide smooth platelet agitation of 70+/-2 RPM to increase platelet viability. Forced air cooling unit in platelet incubator with agitator maintains uniform temperature. Platelet incubator with agitator comes with microprocessor based temperature indicator to control resolution to 0.1C. Platelet incubator with agitator also has 7 days temperature chart recorder.
Plasma Thawing bath
Deepee manufactures plasma thawing bath featuring AISI-304 stainless steel interior tanks, wetted parts and bags holding rack. Plasma thawing bath has microprocessor based PID temperature controller for temperature uniformity and accuracy of +/- 0.1o C. Plasma thawing bath is powered by industrial grade heater. Plasma thawing bath also has built in drain system. Electric supply to plasma thawing bath is 230V, 1f, 50Hz. Temperature requirement for plasma thawing bath is 5 C, above ambient to 75 C. Plasma thawing bath provides control of +-0.2 C. Constant water agitation ensures temperature uniformity in plasma thawing bath. Plasma thawing bath provides error free service.
