Minus 80 deg. C Freezers
With the extensive R&D facilities, Amancio has ventured into the manufacturing Cryogenic equipment that can achieve temperature up to minus 80 deg. C and below. The minus 80 deg. C freezers from the company available are bio freezers, freezers, circulators, chillers, cold chambers and baths etc. Customisation of minus 80 deg. C freezers is also conducted. The company has fully developed infrastructure to manufacture minus 80 deg. C freezers. Experienced and qualified staff ensures prompt service for minus 80 deg. C freezers.

Thermostat Testing
Amancio has specially designed thermostat testing application for clinical thermometers and temperature controllers. The construction of thermostat testing is with M.S frame which is duly powder coated with inner walls made of S.S. The temperature range for thermostat testing is -80 0C to +70 0C. The company manufactured thermostat testing ensures high accuracy of ±0.5 0C or even better at times.

Water Chillers
Water chillers are used for chilling of water and circulation at different points. The voltage requirement of water chillers is 440 or 220 volts / hertz 50. Water chillers are fitted with motor for water circulations. The compressors in water chillers are hermetically sealed and are permanently lubricated. This ensures water chillers with a silent operation. The refrigerants in water chillers are non-CFC environmental friendly. Amancio offers water chillers that are economical and provides error free service. Water chillers are manufactured with MS duly powder coated chamber with PUF insulation. The inner tank in water chillers is GI or S.S.

Spot Coolers
Spot coolers from the company are manufactured MS duly powder coated. Amancio spot coolers have electronic temperature controller cum indicator along with alarm and time delay. Dedicated, automatic and state of art controls in spot coolers are enabled with requisite safety controls. Refrigerants in spot coolers are non-CFC, environmental friendly and economical. Hermetically sealed compressor in spot coolers is permanently lubricated. They are silent in operation in an air cooled refrigeration system. The temperature in spot coolers are ambient up to +15 deg C. Voltage utilization by spot coolers is 440 or 220 volts / hertz 50. Spot coolers are used for mobile air conditioners suitable for spot cooling in specific area.

Hose Chiller
Amancio hose chillers are constructed with M.S. angle iron frame with jack type system for adjustment. The chambers of hose chillers are MS duly coated with stainless steel and PUF interiors for corrosion free working. Heavy duty castors are applied for ease in mobility. The blower in hose chiller is centrifugal type and provides high performance air circulation. Non CFC Environmental friendly and economical refrigerants are used in the hose chillers. Compressors are hermetically sealed which are permanently lubricated and are silent in operation. The temperature inside the chamber of hose chiller is -80 degrees (no load condition). Amancio hose chiller utilizes 440 volts / Hertz 50, 3 Phase. Hose chillers find application in rubber hose manufacturing industry.
