Blood Bag Tube Sealer
Accurate Scientific is pleased to introduce the latest blood bag tube sealer with Radio Frequency Sealing System. Accurate blood bag tube sealer is a compact equipment to seal the blood bag pilot tube by radio frequency sealing system. Less than 2.5 Seconds is taken to seal each tube with blood bag tube sealer though the tube variation matters. The sealing tube in blood bag tube sealer can be easily separated. The separation of the sealing tube from blood bag tube sealer can be done by pulling the sealing section from both sides.

Blood Collection Monitor
Accurate blood collection monitor ASCM - 10/11 is compact instruments to provide smooth and gentle rocking. The blood collection monitor provides homogeneous mixing with anticoagulant but without the clot formation of blood cells during collection of blood from a donor. Preset standard volume is easy to change in blood collection monitor. Provision of pausing collection and change programmed volume during pause is also provided in blood collection monitor. Accurate has provided its blood collection monitor with micro-controller based program. Blood collection monitor has display facility of weight and volume and the volume can be set from 1ml to 600ml. These blood collection monitor also have audio-visual alarm. The blood collection monitor also has a motor activated pinching at the end of collection. Other features of blood collection monitor are auto tare facility and flow rate indicator.

Deep Freezers
The ultra low deep freezers are specifically designed by Accurate scientific. Accurate designed deep freezers are suitable for research laboratories, blood banks, biological and industrial applications. The ultra low deep freezers have high tech cooling system giving advantage to the users of rapid pull down of temperature of up to -70 °C. These units of deep freezers are available in vertical and horizontal models. The company has constructed the double walls of deep freezers with high quality powder coated exterior mild steel cabinet. The ultra low deep freezers are insulated with high density CFC free poly urethane foam the inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304 grades.

The cabinet and refrigeration system of deep freezers are poly-urethane foam insulated cabinet with corrosion resistant stainless steel interior and powder coated exterior. The deep freezers also have door locking system for improved security with magnetic door gasket, air-cooled and hermetically sealed compressor. Power supply requirement of deep freezers is 220-240 Volts 50 Hz single phase.

Platelet Agitators with Incubator
Accurate Scientific has specially designed platelet agitators with incubators in models of ASPA 10/11/12 to maintain donor platelets in an even suspension throughout the blood plasma. Platelet agitators with incubators agitate at the fixed speed of 70 - 80 strokes per minute. The self of platelet agitators with incubators is made out of pure stainless steel (SS-304). These platelet agitators with incubators can easily accommodate 48 standard blood bags. Accurate has provided these platelet agitators with incubators with heavy duty ball bearing gear motor for noiseless and continuous operation. Platelet agitators with incubators have gentle side to side motion (1.5 or 38 mm) with 70 strokes/ minute ± 10. Power supply requirement of platelet agitators with incubators is between 230 V AC 50 Hz.

Donor Chairs and Shakers
The company makes available fully upholstered donor chairs and shakers which are specifically designed to provide comfortable position for the donor. Features of the donor chairs and shakers include variable positioning for either arm or reclining and upright body positions.

These donor chairs and shakers are based on haemodynamic principles. The tilt adjustments in the donor chairs and shakers can be done using remote controls. Heavy duty geared motor is included in donor chairs and shakers.
