The HL Haemopack Blood Bag System is manufactured from superior grade Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) based material which make it flexible, strong and able to withstand rough handling during use.

The HLHaemopack Blood bag is designed for efficient and safe collection, identification, storage and separation of blood components in a closed system and infusion of contents. The device has adequate provision for suspension from all sides, which does not interfere in use.

HL Haemopack offers minimum risk from contamination, air embolism and interaction between containers and contents. Manufacturing Facility:

HLL Lifecare Limited set up its Blood Bag manufacturing facility in the year 1995 at Kerala,India. The facility is equipped with Class 10,000 Clean Rooms and critical operations are performed in Class 100 Laminar Air flow benches. The Facility has ISO 9001-2000 certification from DNV, the product CE marking from DNV AS, Norway and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certifications from TUV NORD CERT GmbH.

Hicare Tube Sealer:

HiCARE Tube sealer Model HTS10 is a highly efficient, quick and compact machine to safely and securely seal bloodbags.

It uses a state-of-the-art radio frequency sealing method with a maximum sealing time of 1.5 seconds, by a simple operation.

The speed and simplicity of the sealing operation produces a hermetic seal that ensures total non-contamination that is essential for safe blood banking. The machine weighing only 5.5 kgs, operates in AC 230V with a low power consumption. This machine also comes with one year warranty.
